Case Manager

Jonathan is a homeless services professional with over a decade of experience in nonprofit and other settings, working with inmates inside of several Los Angeles County jails and those with mental health diagnoses, substance use issues, and more on the forensic outreach team of San Fernando Valley Community Mental Health Center. He then for worked for LAHSA inside of the offices of Nithiya Raman. He currently works for Los Angeles County's Housing For Health team. His work in this field began after he received his Masters of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies with a concentration in Public Policy related to Homelessness and Mental Health.
