Jonathan Oskins

Mental Health and Housing

Jonathan received his B.A. From UCLA and went on to receive his Masters of Arts in Public Policy related to Mental Health at Claremont School of Theology. His Master's Thesis focused on housing and stigma reduction. He has volunteered with Pattee in the Greater Los Angeles Homeless Count the last two years. He also represented Making It Happen, Inc. at the 2016 Ending Family and Youth Homelessness Conference hosted by the National Alliance to End Homelessness. He has photographed Making It Happen events and is now an Admin for our Facebook page. Jonathan's reason for joining our Board is to apply his experience with homeless outreach and mental health advocacy to empower hungry and homeless people, linking consumers to community resources that focus on reducing or eliminating barriers.
